Job summary

Harvey, Inc. seeks a Workplace Project Manager in Toronto to translate our workplace playbooks into delivered office moves, openings, and global initiatives.

You will own scope, schedule, and budget across projects, and partner with Security, HR, Legal, and regional leads to scale standards as we expand internationally.

This hands-on role requires clear communication, strong project management fundamentals, and a proactive approach to day-one readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workplace operations, program management, or project management.
• Strong program design and playbook-building instincts.
• Experience managing vendor and procurement relationships at national or global scale.
• Strong command of project management fundamentals: scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Project manage Workplace's global special projects: health & safety programming, global design standards, WVPPs, and sustainability.
• Partner with Security, HR, Legal, and regional Workplace leads to implement emergency response plans and WVPPs.
• Maintain and evolve global design standards for offices as Harvey expands.
• Drive sustainability initiatives across offices and track progress against goals.
• Own the global rollout of Workplace tooling and software (desk booking, occupancy, ticketing) and drive adoption.
• Own global and national vendor contracts (F&B, janitorial, plants) and master vendor relationships.
• Build and maintain the FDOB checklist and playbook for satellite moves and new-office openings.
• Manage portfolio calendar for expansions and new offices to optimize sequencing and resources.
• Lead moves/openings where regional teams lack capacity, with shrinking scope over time.
• Coordinate with IT, Security, and AV to maintain day-one readiness standards.
