Job summary

Talent is partnering with a fast-growing technology company to hire a Facilities & Workplace Manager in Toronto. This role owns day-to-day operations, vendor relations, space planning, and the overall employee experience, ensuring a welcoming, productive environment for colleagues and visitors.

You will coordinate office moves, expansions for 30+ employees, lead safety and continuity efforts, and drive workplace projects from planning through execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facilities, workplace operations, office management, or corporate real estate.
• Hands-on experience coordinating office relocations or expansions for 30+ employees.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office and facilities operations to keep the workplace functional and ready.
• Manage visitor experience and support executive visits and events.
• Plan and coordinate employee events and workplace engagement initiatives.
• Support site safety, security, emergency preparedness, and business continuity.
• Lead workplace projects including expansions, relocations, renovations, and infrastructure improvements.
• Manage space utilization, seating plans, and occupancy records.
