Job summary

Sidetrade is seeking a Global VP of Talent Acquisition to lead our AI-native shift and craft a scalable, data-driven TA function across North America, Europe, and APAC. You will partner with the CEO and executive team to attract, hire, and onboard top talent while building a candidate-centric, efficient TA organization.

The role requires 10+ years in TA with 5+ years in senior leadership, plus a proven track record in hiring C-level leaders and managing global teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent acquisition with 5+ years in a senior TA leadership role.
• Proven experience building and scaling global TA functions across multiple countries/regions.
• Track record of personally hiring C-level executives.
• Hands-on, strategic mindset with strong analytics and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global TA strategy aligned with headcount budgets and business goals.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global TA team across regions.
• Personally hire senior executives including C-level roles.
• Design and implement AI-enabled recruiting workflows and tools to improve efficiency.
