Job summary

Sidetrade is seeking a Global VP of Talent Acquisition to architect and lead our AI-native TA function. You will design a scalable, data-driven recruitment strategy across North America, Europe, and APAC, partnering with the executive team and hiring managers to attract, hire, and onboard top talent for growth.

You will build and manage a high-performing global TA team, own the budget, and drive metrics dashboards.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in talent acquisition with 5+ years in senior leadership roles (VP/Head of TA).
• Experience building and scaling global TA functions across regions (US, Europe).
• Track record of hiring C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and own global talent acquisition strategy aligned with headcount budgets and business goals.
• Lead, develop and coach a global TA team across regions.
• Personally lead executive and leadership hiring with the CEO.
• Design, implement and scale AI-enabled recruiting processes and tools.
• Own employer branding and candidate value proposition globally.
