Job summary

Nureva Inc. is seeking a Technical Training Lead for a 12-month contract in Calgary. You will maintain and update training content, and create new materials for staff, distributors, resellers and customers.

Strong adult learning, instructional design, and presentation skills are essential. The role involves collaboration with Sales, Support and Product teams to deliver engaging, effective training and to manage global training logistics. A background in audio/video collaboration is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in training development and delivery.
• University degree or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Proficiency with learning management systems and instructional authoring tools.
• Technical training in audio/video conferencing and collaboration products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Support and Product Management to develop and execute training strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and update existing training materials.
• Create engaging new training materials including presentations, manuals and online courses.
• Deliver effective training sessions to internal and external audiences.
• Lead global training program logistics and scheduling.
