Job summary

Husky Technologies TM in Bolton, Ontario, is seeking a customer-focused NA OEM Spare Parts Desk agent to join the North America OEM Spare Parts Customer Service team. You will be the main contact for customers, handling inquiries by phone and email and coordinating with project engineers, warehouse and logistics to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires strong English communication, solid MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Power BI, Word) and familiarity with Baan CRM

Qualifications

• Post Secondary Education preferred or 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in customer support via phone and email
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English; additional languages a strong asset
• Ability to work independently in a high-paced environment and be self-motivated
• Solid MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Power BI and Word) and strong communication
• Ability to interact effectively and professionally with customers
• Willingness to support varied weekday shifts and weekends/holidays as needed
• Baan LN and/or Baan 4 or CRM experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Customer-oriented, building long-term customer relationships with empathy and proactivity
• Assist customers by phone and email with spare parts inquiries, numbers, alternatives, accessories, inventory and lead times
• Coordinate with staff from engineering, warehouse and logistics to ensure order status and inquiries are resolved
• Multitask across multiple systems to support spare parts sales and inquiries
• Provide proactive updates about processes, policies, and best practices to customers
• Participate in continuous process improvement and implement changes
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Husky Machine and Mold technology
• Monitor team dashboards and support daily/weekly activities to control backlog
• Provide global support aligned with company initiatives on quote/order processes
