Responsibilities

• Process master data requests per governance policies and guidelines.
• Onboard customers and maintain master data based on master data policies.
• Ensure integrity of global customer master data and troubleshoot data errors.
• Set up new customers and manage changes across Husky systems.
• Identify data quality issues and opportunities for process improvements.
• Validate fields for completeness and accuracy of data.
• Provide additional support for other data elements to ensure alignment with business processes and governance.
• Maintain clear statuses on requests and incidents.
• Maintain open communication with requestors and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with master data governance and internal partners for compliant submissions.
• Follow up on pending requests to resolve and close.

Key Responsibilities

• * Process master data requests in accordance with data governance policies andguidelines, within the defined service level agreements
• * Responsible for customer onboarding, data entry and maintenance based onmaster data policies
• * Responsible for integrity of the global customer master data, as well as,troubleshooting of data errors
• * Responsible for new customer set up and any changes in all Husky systems
• * Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues and process improvementopportunities
• * Validates fields for completeness and accuracy of data
• * Required to provide additional support as needed for other data elements toensure data supports defined business processes and governance standards
• * Maintain clear and up-to-date statuses on request and incidents
• * Maintain open lines of communication with requestors
• * Work directly with master data governance and internal business partners toensure data submissions are compliant with internal audit requirements
• * Follow up on any pending requests in the queue with the process stakeholders,ensure process compliance and get the request items resolved and closed

Qualifications

• * Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• * 3+ years of data management experience

• * Ability to learn and work in multiple systems environment

Pay Range: $55,000 - $60,000
