Job summary

Husky TechnologiesTM is seeking a Customer Program Manager with an engineering background to lead service contracts for our plastics manufacturing clients in Bolton, Ontario. You will oversee the contract lifecycle from planning through sustainment, ensuring KPIs and commitments are met.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, scheduling milestones, generating progress reports, and leading weekly status calls with customers to ensure satisfaction and renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience in preform or plastics manufacturing with KPI focus.
• Post-secondary mechanical engineering degree or equivalent.
• Project management experience with customer-facing discussions.
• Knowledge of injection molding technology and applications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract planning and ensure KPI-driven delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet commitments.
• Manage all contract activities and schedules.
• Document services and ensure scheduling in Husky systems.
• Oversee customer expectations and renewals.
• Plan milestones and deliverables with field teams.
• Generate progress reports and presentations.
• Coordinate all contract implementation activities.
• Lead weekly customer calls to manage relationships.
• Schedule upcoming work with Field Service teams.
