Job summary

Omega Tool Corp. in Canada seeks a Corporate Quality Manager to provide strategic oversight of the entire quality organization, aligning customer, supplier, program, and manufacturing quality to meet customer needs and internal targets.

You will lead development and maintenance of the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in line with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001, while driving continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing, engineering and supply chain.

Qualifications

• 10+ years implementing and managing manufacturing quality systems.
• 5+ years leading and managing a manufacturing quality team.
• Experience in new program pre-production, in process verification, launch, validation and production.

Responsibilities

• Lead, define, develop and implement all corporate quality metrics and support training of team members.
• Identify potential R&D opportunities and process appropriate documentation.
• Drive use of core tools to ensure an effective quality management system.
• Lead internal and external audit programs and manage quality concerns.
