This leader will manage Adobe-based workflows, drive efficiency, consistency, and innovation, while aligning globalization strategy with client campaigns.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in production operations, studio management, or globalization at scale.
• 6+ years of people management leading global teams.
• Proven track record of leading global accounts and complex programs.
• Deep familiarity with Adobe platforms and localization tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across global production operations.
• Lead automation and workflow tool implementations.
