About the role
Alcoa is seeking a Global Mobility Manager to lead our global mobility function, overseeing the strategy, operations, and vendor management for international assignments, transfers, and immigration processes. This role will manage a small team and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure a seamless and compliant mobility experience for employees across the globe.
