Job summary

ShareWord Global is seeking a Ministry Administrator to support GO Trips, GCP Administration, and general ministry tasks in a hybrid role in Canada. The successful candidate will coordinate applications, track donations, and liaise with in-country partners while ensuring accurate record-keeping in Raiser's Edge and standard office suites.

Ideal applicants bring 1–4 years in administration or project management, a vibrant faith, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• A vibrant faith, evident to all through a character which reflects Christ.
• Exceptional command of English, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• 1–4 years experience or greater in administration and/or project management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the GO Trips applications and selection processes.
• Manage the church database and donations; process events and attendance.
• Coordinate events in Canada and the USA and manage trainer calendars.
• Provide regular communication with partners and staff to ensure events stay on track.
• Assist the ministry director with related duties and prepare training materials.
