Top Aces Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing & Communications to lead global marketing, brand, and communications strategies. The role oversees internal and external communications, media relations, and executive messaging, while guiding government-relations oversight and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead a team of professionals, manage budgets, and drive stakeholder engagement, with a focus on strategic corporate initiatives and market positioning.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, Political Science, or related field.
• Master's degree or professional designation is considered an asset.
• Proven experience leading internal and external communications, brand strategy, media relations, and integrated marketing initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute global marketing strategy aligned with corporate priorities and growth.
• Lead brand positioning and ensure consistent brand standards across regions and channels.
• Oversee campaigns, digital content, advertising, and customer-facing collateral.
• Lead corporate events, trade shows, partnerships, and sponsorships.
• Manage external agencies, contracts, budgets, and performance expectations.
