Job summary

Summit Search Group is seeking an accomplished Senior Director of Marketing and Communications to shape and modernize a national function spanning employees, clients, media and external audiences.

The role reports to the SVP, Business Excellence & Innovation and will lead integrated programs, drive stakeholder alignment, and leverage data and emerging technologies to increase impact across Canada.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience across corporate communications, marketing, brand and reputation.
• Experience developing enterprise strategies and leading integrated programs for internal and external audiences.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills for complex business information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise marketing and corporate communications strategy.
• Translate strategy into an integrated program of work strengthening the brand and channels.
• Establish KPIs for reach, engagement, and impact; report insights to senior leadership.
• Lead brand governance and ensure consistent company representation.
• Develop content strategies across earned, owned, paid, and shared media.
• Lead the company’s social media presence to expand reach and engagement.
• Advise senior leaders on opportunities, risks and messaging across audiences.
