Job summary

Omnicom Media Canada is seeking a Senior Director, Communications to lead internal and external communications strategy across our organization and portfolio of agencies. You will collaborate with Canadian leadership, People & Culture, Marketing and global teams and report to the Senior Vice-President of Growth and Marketing.

You will strengthen external reputation, build internal information cadence, and act as a trusted advisor on executive messaging, thought leadership and media readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate communications, PR or employee communications
• Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities
• Experience advising C-suite executives, navigating complex organizations

Responsibilities

• External Communications & Reputation management across Omnicom Media Canada's brands
• Internal Communications cadence to inform and engage employees
• Executive Communications including messaging, speeches and media prep
• Thought Leadership to showcase agency expertise across media and business
• Issues & Change Communications during organizational changes
• Agency & Global Connectivity linking the network to the Canadian market
