Job summary

Trench Canada in Scarborough, ON is seeking a Logistics Specialist to coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with transport regulations. You will work with order management, production planning, and carriers to optimize costs and service.

The role requires 2+ years in logistics, CIFFA certificate, Dangerous Goods certification, and experience with SAP and freight systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of transportation/logistics experience
• Knowledge of LTL/FTL, air, ocean freight
• Experience with SAP and office suite
• Fluent in English; French is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international outbound shipments
• Source carriers and arrange transportation with freight providers
• Prepare shipping and customs documentation
• Ensure regulatory compliance and track shipments
• Monitor carrier performance and resolve issues
