We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to join our Logistics team. This position plays a key role inplanning, coordinating, and monitoring domestic and international shipments to ensure products reach customers safely, efficiently, andin compliance with applicable transportation regulations.
The Logistics Specialist is responsible for coordinating the transportation of finished goods — including air core reactors, linetraps and instrument transformers— from our Scarborough manufacturing facility to customers throughout North America andinternational destinations. The successful candidate will work closely with Order Management, Production Planning, WarehouseOperations, freight forwarders, transportation carriers, customs brokers, and customers to ensure timely shipment execution,transportation cost optimization, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer service.
In accordance with the Pay Transparency Act, we are committed to providing clear and accessible information about compensation for this role. The expected compensation range for this position is $64,000 - $74,000 / Annually. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on several job-related factors, including relevant education, depth and breadth of experience, professional certifications or license, specialized skills aligned with the role, and internal equity considerations. This role offers a comprehensive total rewards package, including paid vacation, group health benefits, pension plan, bonus, and additional employee programs.
