Responsibilities

• Monitor vessel schedules and flag delays or risks to senior team members.
• Review shipping documents for completeness and accuracy; coordinate with vendors for corrections.
• Prepare Shipping Reference Requests (SRRs) and track DC delivery appointments.
• Validate freight invoices and track charges with vendors and internal teams.
• Escalate issues promptly with clear documentation and status updates.
