Job summary

Dexian seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of a large-scale enterprise LMS implementation in Toronto. You will manage multiple workstreams, vendors, stakeholders, and complex technology transformation activities from planning through deployment and transition to business-as-usual.

The role requires 7+ years of PM experience, strong stakeholder leadership, and a track record delivering enterprise technology upgrades in learning or HR domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning, HR, Business, Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise technology implementations or upgrades.
• Experience with configuration, data migration, testing, deployment, and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, schedules, milestones, and critical paths.
• Manage project scope, budget, resources, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Lead LMS implementation activities including configuration, deployment, integration, and transition.
• Coordinate data migration planning, validation, testing, defect management, and readiness activities.
• Manage third-party implementation partners and vendors.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams with complex dependencies.
• Build relationships with business, technology, learning, compliance, and executive stakeholders.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, governance materials, and Steering Committee updates.
• Support change management, communications, business readiness, adoption, and post-deployment stabilization.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Job Summary

The role will manage multiple workstreams, vendors, stakeholders, and complex technology transformation activities from planning through deployment and transition to business-as-usual.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, schedules, milestones, and critical paths.
• Manage project scope, budget, resources, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Lead LMS implementation activities, including configuration, deployment, integration, and transition.
• Coordinate data migration planning, validation, testing, defect management, and readiness activities.
• Manage third-party implementation partners and vendors.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams with complex dependencies.
• Build relationships with business, technology, learning, compliance, and senior leadership stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, working sessions, and executive reviews.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, governance materials, and Steering Committee updates.
• Support change management, communications, business readiness, adoption, and post-deployment stabilization.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Ensure adherence to project governance and delivery standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning, HR, Business, Technology, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise technology implementations or upgrades.
• Experience with configuration, data migration, testing, deployment, and system integration.
• Experience working within Learning & Development, HR, Talent, Workforce Enablement, or related functions.
• Experience managing third-party implementation partners and vendors.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and complex project dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience working with HRIS, Talent, or Learning Technology platforms.
• Strong risk, issue, budget, schedule, and governance management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.
• Experience facilitating meetings in virtual and hybrid environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience leading an LMS implementation, upgrade, data migration, or modernization initiative.
• Experience with platforms such as Workday Learning, SumTotal, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Degreed, EdCast, Sana, or similar.
• Experience supporting bilingual or multilingual implementations.
• Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
• Knowledge of learning analytics and reporting.
