Job summary

PulseLearning is seeking a Learning Management System Administrator to deploy and support LTE across CMS, GLMS, virtual classrooms, Degreed, and related platforms. You will oversee end-to-end deployment, content management, reporting, and standards compliance, working with ITS and Digital HR.

You will lead cross-functional deployment projects, support Train-the-Facilitator sessions, and help optimize processes in a global, remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in L&D deployment in global environments.
• Experience deploying learning solutions across CMS, GLMS, virtual classrooms and Degreed.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; organized and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of learning solutions across LTE platforms including CMS, GLMS, virtual classrooms, Degreed.
• Develop and manage content collection sites, pages, and evaluation links with reporting.
• Collaborate with ITS, Digital HR and stakeholders to address issues and enhancements.
• Manage cross-functional deployment projects and support TTF, VC, and ILT sessions.
