lululemon is seeking a Global Learning Program Manager in Vancouver to lead end-to-end global learning initiatives that balance global consistency with local relevance. You’ll translate strategy into scalable programs and deliver measurable impact across regions.

The role requires experience shaping programs, managing budgets, and communicating outcomes to senior leaders, with a focus on learning, talent development, and HR partnerships in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in learning, talent development, or HR preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including communicating with senior leaders.
• Experience managing complex programs across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Strong project management skills: planning, risk, governance, execution.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global learning programs, coordinating planning, delivery, and sustainment.
• Shape and evolve program offerings based on organizational needs and learner insights.
• Establish program success metrics and deliver actionable reporting to stakeholders.
• Translate data into insights for leadership with clear storytelling.
• Collaborate with Learning Design and Delivery teams for continuous improvement.
• Advise on localization and regional adaptation while maintaining global standards.
• Manage program budgets and monitor spend to optimize impact.
• Support cross-functional delivery and ensure consistent execution.
• Provide input into data collection and reporting cycles for stakeholders.
