The Supply Chain Strategy and Programs team serves supply chain and enterprise partners by collaborating to develop sustainable strategies and operating models that solve big business problems. By doing this, we elevate the employee’s experience and build the foundation that will enable us to achieve our strategic, long-term goals.
The Change Management Lead, Supply Chain Programs will play a key role in implementing the change management initiatives for Supply Chain projects. They will scope, plan, design and implement change and engagement activities to enable project(s) and support the adoption of changes required by transformation initiatives. This will be in alignment with enterprise frameworks from Organization Effectiveness, and in close partnership with Product Operations to ensure consistency. This person is a strategic change agent, driving change through stakeholder influence, enabling us to achieve our long-term enterprise goals.

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from $88,200-$115,800CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
