Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Training Specialist to develop immersive learning experiences for our teams in Vancouver. You will design ILT, virtual sessions, eLearning, videos, SOPs and guides, all aligned with business goals.

You will collaborate with SMEs, storyboard and produce content, deliver onsite training four days per week, and measure impact with post-training metrics while upholding content standards and learning objectives.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Training Specialist, Learning role, or Content Developer.
  • Proficiency with design tools commonly used in learning creation environments (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Premiere Pro).
  • Experience building content for technology implementation, functional learning, and technical products and software.
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience handling difficult or unengaged learners.
  • Experience with instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, Action Mapping, and Performance Support.
  • Experience creating and managing eLearning courses and learning paths within an LMS.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • A team player who believes success is measured by the organization’s success.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities, work in a high‑pressure environment, and deliver high‑quality products under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy learning deliverables, including scoping, storyboarding, development, and revisions based on stakeholder input.
  • Coordinate, deliver and run training events, both virtual and in‑person.
  • Break complex systems and processes down into training modalities that are easily understood and retained by learners.
  • Maintain and revise existing learning materials, focusing on audience, modality, and learning considerations while seeking the most efficient expression of learning objectives.
  • Ensure learning content adheres to business strategy, content standards, and internal guidelines.
  • Design branching scenarios, storyboards and scripts, and convert them into animated, interactive activities to support successful delivery of learning.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with cross‑functional partners to meet project milestones in a dynamic environment.
  • Craft and execute assessments that inform learning goals and techniques.
  • Collect and report post‑training metrics and incorporate feedback into future training iterations.
  • Practice agility in maintaining learning materials to meet the needs of a fast‑paced, agile project.

About This Team

The Supply Chain Strategy and Programs team serves supply chain and enterprise partners by collaborating to develop sustainable strategies and operating models that solve big business problems. We elevate the employee’s experience and build the foundation that will enable us to achieve our long‑term goals. We partner with Product Operations and Enterprise Business Transformation to bring our enterprise business strategies to life.

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are based on a pay‑for‑performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is $88,200 – $115,800 CAD annually; base pay is based on market location and may vary by skill, experience, and internal equity. Permanent employees may be eligible for a competitive annual bonus program subject to eligibility requirements.
