Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Training Lead for Supply Chain Programs to design, develop, implement and evaluate learning solutions across supply chain initiatives. You will create immersive ILT and digital learning experiences and align deliverables with project goals.

The role requires 2-5 years of instructional design experience, proficiency with Articulate tools and LMS, and strong collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with design tools such as Photoshop/Illustrator, Storyline, Rise, Premiere Pro.

About this team

The Supply Chain Strategy and Programs team serves supply chain and enterprise partners by collaborating to develop sustainable strategies and operating models that solve big business problems. By doing this, we elevate the employee’s experience and build the foundation that will enable us to achieve our strategic, long-term goals. We partner with Product Operations and Enterprise Business Transformation to bring our enterprise business strategies to life.

Core responsibilities

Reporting into the Manager, Supply Chain Programs Change & Training, the Training Lead is responsible for the design, development, implementation and evaluation of learning solutions in support projects within the Supply Chain Programs organization. They will create synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences and scalable training materials. They will have experience aligning deliverables with project and organizational goals, and have a strong aptitude for learning new technologies, systems and processes. Core responsibilities include:

  • Create immersive and engaging learning experiences, including in-person instructor led training (ILT) and virtual ILT sessions, eLearning courses, videos, presentations, SOPs and user guides
  • Conduct discovery sessions with SMEs and other stakeholders to determine deeper learner needs
  • Develop and deploy learning deliverables, including scoping, storyboarding, development, and revisions based on stakeholder input
  • Coordinate, deliver and run point on training events, both virtual and in-person
  • Break complex systems and processes down into training modalities that are easily understood and retained by learners
  • Maintain and revise existing learning materials, keeping specific audience, learning modality, and other learning considerations in mind while always looking for the most efficient way to express the desired learning objectives
  • Ensure learning content adheres to business strategy, content standards, and other guidelines Internal
  • Design branching scenarios, storyboards and scripts, and convert them into animated, interactive activities to support the successful delivery of learning
  • Establish and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners to meet project milestones in a dynamic environment
  • Craft and execute assessments that inform learning goals and techniques
  • Collect and report on post-training metrics and incorporate feedback into future training iterations.
  • Practice agility in maintenance of learning materials to meet the needs of a fast paced, agile project
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Training Specialist, Learning role, or Content Developer
  • Proficiency with design tools commonly used in a learning creation environment (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Premiere Pro)
  • Experience in building content for projects focused on technology implementation, functional learning and technical products and software
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience handling difficult or unengaged learners
  • Experience in the following instructional design methodologies: ADDIE model, SAM model, Action Mapping and Performance Support
  • Experience creating and managing eLearning courses and learning paths within LMS
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • A team player that truly believes they are successful when the organization is successful
  • Attention to detail and accuracyDemonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities, work in a high-pressure environment and deliver high quality product under tight timelines

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $88,200 - $115,800 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
