Job summary

CIBC is seeking an Associate in Global Investment Banking to support deal execution, due diligence, and client presentations across North America and Latin America. You will work with multiple product groups and gain exposure to M&A, equity and debt financing, and strategic advisory projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in real estate, investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity.
• Canadian real estate sector knowledge is an asset.
• Strong financial analysis, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of client mandates, due diligence, and deal analysis.
• Develop investor presentation materials and participate in road shows.
• Coordinate with legal, accounting, and auditors to advance deals.
• Collaborate across North America, Latin America, and key financial centers.
