Job summary

CIBC in Toronto, ON is seeking a Financial Associate to work with Investment Advisors at CIBC Wood Gundy, helping manage portfolios and uncover business opportunities for high-net-worth clients. You’ll engage with clients to improve the experience and assist in building investment plans, while working on-site full-time Monday through Friday.

The role offers a base salary with annual discretionary incentive/bonus; compensation supports growth and progression within the salary range as you advance

Qualifications

• Current accreditation as Registered Representative with CIRO-ID.
• 3-5 years of brokerage industry experience.
• Client-focused approach and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Canada and meet licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Engage with high-net-worth clients to understand needs and opportunities.
• Support Investment Advisors in portfolio management and business development.
• Develop investment plans based on client profiles, goals and risk tolerance.
