Qualifications

• Solid foundation in logistics concepts and import processes.

• Financial acumen related to freight costs and invoices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound logistics from vendor to Distribution Centre across Canada.
• Validate shipping documents and support customs clearance activities.
• Track shipments across ocean, air, and rail and flag delays or risks.
• Review and ensure accuracy of shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, origin certificates).
• Prepare documentation packages for submission to customs brokers.
• Support ASN generation and delivery scheduling for DC appointments.
• Assist with freight invoice validation and charge verification.
• Manage non-standard shipments including Europe routing and special cargo.
