Job summary

MNP is seeking a Manager in National Human Capital (International Resourcing) to drive talent strategies and execute international resourcing programs across Canada.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, client-service excellence, and close collaboration with the National Talent Acquisition team and regional Human Capital teams to expand international assignments while ensuring compliance with evolving immigration laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ immigration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration policies and procedures.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bilingual written and verbal English/French.

Responsibilities

• Act as immigration subject-matter expert supporting International Resourcing.
• Liaise with immigration vendor to manage LMIA and residency applications.
• Independently facilitate immigration files and monitor expiry dates.
• Provide guidance to Regional HC teams on immigration matters.
• Maintain up-to-date immigration records and reports.
• Identify improvements for International Resourcing programs.
