Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within an international organization.
• Knowledge and expertise in HRM and HRD.
• Sound knowledge of American and Canadian employment legislation.

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and guide HR Managers.
