Belron Canada is seeking an HR Help Desk/People Services support specialist to assist employees, managers and HR partners through Workday Help. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, onboarding support, and HR transaction processing to maintain reliable records.

You will create knowledge base resources, train teammates on new processes, and generate reports to improve service delivery. Fluency in French and English is required to support teams across Canada.

Formación

• College diploma or bachelor’s degree in HR or business administration.
• 4–5 years of HR support experience.
• Fluency in French and English to support teams across Canada.
• Good working knowledge of Workday, employee lifecycle processes and HR service delivery models.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 for reporting and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-level HR support to employees, managers and HR partners via Workday Help.
• Assist with onboarding and ensure accurate data entry in Workday.
• Process and validate HR transactions and prepare employment letters.
• Create and update knowledge base articles; train colleagues on new processes.
• Produce reports and analyze data to identify service improvements.
• Provide administrative support for absence management and learning activities.
