Job summary

Draganfly Inc. is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to manage order processing, packaging, and shipping for domestic and international orders.

You will coordinate logistics, maintain accurate records, and support customs compliance, including TDG requirements, with travel to Saskatoon as needed. Ideal candidates will bring 3+ years in shipping/logistics, experience in regulated environments, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping and logistics, including international shipping.
  • Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, UAV, technology, or similarly regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with TDG requirements, including lithium battery handling, packaging, and documentation.
  • Experience working with customs brokers, freight forwarders, international couriers, and import/export recordkeeping.
  • Basic knowledge of customs concepts such as HS codes, country of origin, declared value, duties, and taxes.
  • Working knowledge of customs compliance, import/export documentation, and international shipping requirements.
  • Experience preparing and reviewing customs and international trade documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of fulfillment and logistics activities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, inventory transactions, and shipping records.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced and frequently changing environment.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to Saskatoon as required.

Responsibilities

  • Process, package, and coordinate domestic and international shipments for client orders, inter-company transfers, returns, and service-related shipments.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate shipping, customs, import/export, inventory, and fulfillment documentation, including commercial invoices, export reports, certificates, and related records.
  • Support customs compliance by ensuring shipments include accurate classifications, declared values, country-of-origin details, and other required import/export information.
  • Work with vendors, couriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, resolve delays, and address documentation or clearance issues.
  • Receive, unpack, inspect, and put away inbound materials while supporting inventory accuracy, material returns, and general warehouse organization.
  • Maintain shipping supplies, tools, dangerous goods documentation, and compliance records while supporting applicable transportation and safety requirements.
  • Perform order fulfillment data entry, records management, quality control checks, and general warehouse duties to keep the fulfillment area clean, safe, and organized.
  • Travel to Saskatoon as required to support fulfillment operations, inventory activities, logistics coordination, training, and other operational needs.
