Job summary

A fast-growing product business in Vancouver seeks a Global Manager of Finance for their Canadian and U.S. operations. The ideal candidate is a CPA candidate or recently qualified CPA with 3-4 years of experience. You will be responsible for month-end close, tax compliance, and financial reporting. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary of CAD $90,000–100,000 along with benefits such as paid vacation and remote days.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3-4 years of experience in finance, ideally from a Big 4 or Top 20 public accounting firm.
• Strong understanding of ASPE and IFRS; exposure to U.S. GAAP is an asset.
• Comfortable communicating financial information to business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Managing month-end close processes for Canadian and U.S. entities.
• Supporting North American tax compliance and collaborating with external advisors.
• Preparing cash flow forecasts and managing regional treasury.
• Delivering financial reporting and P&L analysis for decision-making.
• Identifying process improvement opportunities in finance.
