A retail cosmetics company is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager in Vancouver to oversee core accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and facilitate audits. Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience post-designation.

• Proven ability to deliver accurate accounting operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead core accounting functions for North America.
• Manage month-end/year-end close governance and execution.
• Own short-term cash flow forecasting and cash planning.
• Facilitate the year-end audit for North America.
• Develop and implement accounting processes and controls.
