A specialized recruiting firm is partnering with a rapidly growing software company in Markham to hire a CPA-designated Manager. In this pivotal role, you will oversee finance operations, support post-acquisition integrators, and deliver insights for strategic decisions. The ideal candidate has a CPA designation and at least 4 years’ experience at the manager level. The company offers a hybrid work model, requiring only 1 day in the office for flexibility.

Competenze

• CPA designation, ideally from a Big 4 or national firm.
• A minimum of 4 years’ post-graduation experience, currently at Manager level.
• Strong command of IFRS; revenue recognition experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead finance operations across multiple business units.
• Support post-acquisition integration of newly acquired entities.
• Oversee month-end close and financial reporting.
• Deliver product-level performance and profitability insights.
• Manage FP&A activities and strategic financial analysis.
• Drive ad hoc initiatives supporting the Director of Finance.
