Job summary

Apotex, a Canadian-based global health company, seeks an experienced Demand Planning Leader to optimize forecasting, align IBP with SAP load forecasts, and drive supply planning decisions across CAN and ROW markets. You will partner with Commercial and Supply teams to capitalize on market opportunities and improve overall forecast accuracy.

The role requires 5–10 years in Demand Planning/Supply Chain in Pharmaceuticals or CPG, with strong data analytics tools like PowerBI and SQL.

Qualifications

Experience with ERP/SAP processes including demand and supply planning and master data management.
Proficient in data mining and visualization; strong Excel/Office skills.
Strong written and oral communication; ability to present to leadership.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Commercial teams to improve forecast accuracy and reduce bias across markets.
Communicate demand forecast plans and assumptions to site teams to address supply gaps.
Support backorder mitigation by analyzing demand changes and taking corrective actions.
Lead bid review and demand control processes with Global Supply Planning and Commercial Ops.
Drive demand planning improvements for CAN and ROW markets and integrate new markets like Searchlight into IBP.
Monitor IBP plan vs. market actuals and adjust upcoming demand signals.
