Job summary

Saputo Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team on an 18-month contract.

You will work with Supply, Demand, Sales, Marketing and Finance to align demand, supply and financial plans, developing analyses, insights and scenario tools for informed decisions. You will support monthly IBP activities, manage risk trackers, refine growth projections and create executive-level presentations for key stakeholders across Saputo Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Analytics or similar quantitative degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Retail or CPG; 5+ years will be considered an asset.
• Advanced working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong Analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets.
• Certification in SCM or Analytics considered an asset.
• Experience in Sales & Operations Planning or IBP environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the monthly IBP process by preparing reports, presentations and analyses.
• Manage Risks & Opportunity, RFP and Innovation trackers for demand reviews.
• Refine category growth projections with market trends and launches.
• Map demand plans from Category-Customer level to manufacturing lines for supply planning.
• Create scenario planning tools to reconcile demand with capacity.
• Produce executive-level presentations for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support annual budget planning with sales, planning, finance and product management.
