RB Global is seeking a hands-on Compensation Manager to run our compensation programs across the US and Canada. You will lead a team of three and collaborate with People Business Partners, Finance, Payroll and business leaders to align practices with organizational goals.

You will develop and manage compensation strategy, including annual merit, equity grants and incentive programs, and drive market pricing, job architecture, and governance to keep pay structures competitive across North America.

Competenze

• 7+ years of progressive compensation experience
• 2+ years leading or mentoring others
• Hands-on experience running annual merit and incentive cycles for US and Canada
• Strong market research, analysis and pricing skills
• Experience designing incentive programs (annual bonus and equity/long-term incentives)
• Knowledge of US and Canadian compensation regulations (FLSA and provincial laws)
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; HRIS experience (e.g., Workday)
• Outstanding communication, influencing and leadership abilities
• Project management and ability to implement best-practice policies at scale
• Willingness to travel up to 10%

• Develop, implement and manage RB Global's compensation strategy and programs across US and Canada
• Own the annual merit, equity grant, promotion and incentive bonus programs
• Administer the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) including eligibility and payouts
• Design and maintain salary structures and country-specific ranges
• Design and evaluate short-term incentive programs aligned with business goals
• Lead salary pricing and analytics, including market pricing and benchmarking
• Build and maintain the job architecture, leveling guides and title conventions
• Ensure governance, compliance and controls for compensation decisions
• Partner with People Business Partners and leaders on pay decisions and retention
• Coach and develop a three-person compensation team
• Collaborate on cross-country compensation initiatives and expansions
