Clio is seeking a Senior Global Benefits Specialist to join our Total Rewards team. You will design and deliver global health, retirement, and wellness programs across North America, Europe, LATAM, and beyond, translating strategy into experiences that empower Clions to thrive.

You will partner with payroll and finance, modernize benefits with Workday integrations, mentor specialists, and ensure compliance with local laws while maintaining a high-touch employee experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with global benefits, focusing on US, Europe, and LATAM.
• CEBS or GBA designation is considered an asset.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in Canada, US, and international markets.
• Experience in a fast-paced tech or high-growth environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Workday Benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver global benefit programs across 10+ countries.
• Harmonize benefits after acquisitions.
• Execute renewal cycles and open enrollment with a high-touch experience.
• Modernize benefits infrastructure with Workday integrations.
• Develop a global engagement communications framework.
• Ensure global compliance and risk management.
• Administer health, retirement, life, disability, and wellness programs.
• Mentor junior specialists and provide guidance to the team.
• Coordinate with Payroll and Finance for deductions and reporting.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with local legislation.
