Job summary

Clio is seeking a Senior Global Benefits Specialist to shape and scale our global benefits programs across NA, Europe and LATAM. You will partner with Total Rewards to deliver health, retirement, and wellness benefits while driving global standardization and regulatory compliance.

In this builder environment, you will lead benefits initiatives, mentor junior specialists, and collaborate with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate deductions and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with global benefits across US, Europe and LATAM.
• Strong Workday Benefits administration and process optimization.
• Solid knowledge of COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, ERISA and related regulations.
• Excellent stakeholder mgmt, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver global benefits programs across 10+ countries.
• Harmonize benefits post-acquisition and integrate into global standards.
• Execute renewals and open enrollment with a high-touch approach.
• Modernize benefits infrastructure with Workday integrations.
• Develop global engagement and communications on benefits literacy.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and reporting requirements.
• Oversee health, retirement, life, disability and wellness programs.
• Mentor Senior Specialists and lead a growing team.
