Sailun Tire Americas Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a 1-year contract to join the Finance team. The role focuses on full-cycle AP, vendor management, PO processing, and period-end support across multiple entities and international operations.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of AP experience, GAAP knowledge, and strong Excel skills. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors is essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education required in accounting/finance/business administration.
• 2–5 years of experience in full-cycle Accounts Payable and bank reconciliation.
• Solid understanding of GAAP.
• Experience working in a global, multi-entity environment.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable processing and verify invoices for payment.
• Maintain vendor master data and perform credit management activities.
• Prepare and process POs and train others on PO workflow for operating expenses.
• Process and reconcile demurrage, freight costs, duties, and other invoices.
• Review vendor accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues.
• Prepare AP aging reports and assist with month-end close and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve inquiries and improve processes.
