Job summary

Marcus Evans is seeking an Account Executive to develop new accounts and manage client relationships in our Downtown Montreal office. This is an in-person role with travel to North America to care for clients and close opportunities.

A successful candidate will grow into a Senior Account Executive and then Sales Manager after milestones, with training and a clear progression path, supported by KPI-driven coaching and HubSpot CRM usage.

Qualifications

• 1 year of B2B or B2C sales experience.
• Experience cold calling C-level executives; creating strategic outreach campaigns.
• Strong listening, questioning skills; emotional intelligence and empathy.
• High KPI-driven mindset; ability to balance hunting and farming.

Responsibilities

• Generate and prospect new leads to grow the book of business.
• Qualify, engage, and nurture prospects via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
• Negotiate and close contracts with C-level decision makers.
• Maintain organized records of activity and pipeline in HubSpot.
• Travel to 5-star resorts across North America to support clients.
• Nurture ongoing client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
