Job summary

RBC is seeking a Senior Leader to drive the Access Network Operations across branches, campuses, remote offices, ATM networks, WIFI, and global SD-WAN. You will champion Site Reliability Engineering, automation, and AI-assisted operations to improve resilience, speed, and service delivery.

You will mentor a ~15-person team, align modernization priorities with business goals, and collaborate with engineering, security, and business technology teams to ensure seamless integration of new platforms

Qualifications

6-8 years of enterprise network operations experience
2-4 years in leadership or senior technical management
Experience with modernization and automation initiatives
Strong SRE foundations with runbooks, observability, and metrics-driven operations
Hands-on with access network infra including SD-WAN and global connectivity
Proven experience leading 15+ person technical teams

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of global access network infrastructure ensuring high availability and SLAs
Direct critical incident management including triage, RCA, and stakeholder communication
Oversee change management for smooth migrations and upgrades
Conduct post-incident reviews and drive preventive measures to close resilience gaps
