Job summary

Tim Hortons in Canada is seeking a Production Trainer to coach and teach all new hires on our standards and procedures, while working with existing team members to ensure our company standards are consistently met in daily practice.

The trainer will guide front of house and back of house operations, ensuring product quality, speed of service, hospitality, food safety and cleanliness, all while creating a positive, fun environment where every team member can succeed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate a passion for guest service and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Pride yourself on building relationships with your team and our guests.
• Have strong operational experience (preferred 1 year Tim Hortons Experience at a minimum).
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Have a passion for coaching and mentoring.
• Are able to work any time of day, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coach and teach all new hires on our standards and procedures, while supporting existing team members to ensure our standards are met daily.
• Ensure that our team adheres to high levels of product quality, speed of service, hospitality, food safety, and cleanliness during shifts, while fostering a positive and fun work environment.

In this role, the Production Trainer is responsible for coaching and teaching all new hires on all of our standards and procedures, meanwhile working with existing team members to ensure our company standards are met consistently in all of our daily practices. The Trainer works directly with our team members teaching all front of house and/or back of house procedures. They ensure that our Team Members adhere to our high level of standards with regards to product quality, speed of service, hospitality, food safety, and cleanliness during the shift, all while creating a positive and fun work environment where all employees can succeed.
