Job summary

Tim Hortons in Ottawa is seeking a Production Trainer responsible for coaching and teaching all new hires on our standards and procedures, while ensuring daily practices meet quality and hospitality expectations. This role involves training both front of house and back of house teams and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety across shifts.

You will motivate and mentor team members to create a positive, fun work environment and help staff succeed throughout the workday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Food Production Experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train new hires on Tim Hortons standards and procedures.
• Ensure team adheres to standards for product quality, speed of service, hospitality, food safety and cleanliness.
• Create a positive and fun work environment where employees can succeed.

Job description

In this role, the Production Traineris responsible for coaching and teaching all new hires on all of our standards and procedures, meanwhileworking with existing team members to ensure our company standards are met consistently in all of our daily practices.The Trainer works directly with our team members teaching all front of house and/or back of house procedures. They ensure that our Team Members adhere to our high level of standards with regards toproduct quality, speed of service, hospitality, food safety, and cleanliness during the shift, all while creating a positive and fun work environment where all employees can succeed.
