Job summary

Tim Hortons in Mount Uniacke is seeking a Team Member to deliver friendly service, greet guests, and help keep the restaurant clean and welcoming. You’ll ensure high-quality beverages and foods meet standards while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and cleanliness.
• Previous experience in Quick Service is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs., and perform tasks involving reaching and bending.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly attitude.
• Accurately take and repeat orders to ensure correctness.
• Prepare food and beverages according to company standards, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room, drive-thru, and kitchen.
• Ensure all food products are kept at the correct temperatures and follow safety guidelines.
• Respond quickly and professionally to guest concerns or complaints, ensuring resolution.
• Use proper sanitation practices, including handwashing and cleaning duties.
• Work efficiently and maintain speed of service to meet guest needs, especially during busy periods.
• Follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
