This position involves managing client relationships, providing after-sales support, and representing client interests within P&WC. It is a full-time, on-site role based in Longueuil, working Monday to Friday with flexible hours.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts, ensuring contractual service levels are met.
• Handle a diverse client portfolio, providing top-tier service.
• Oversee contract execution to meet profitability targets.
• Support project initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill contractual obligations.
• Act as primary contact for clients and internal service providers.
• Maintain reports and action plans for clients, including reporting to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5+ years relevant experience in Administration, Business, Aerospace Maintenance, Engineering, or Finance.
• Strong project management skills and business acumen.
• Technical knowledge of engines preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access).
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

This role requires fluency in French and a good command of English for technical reading, writing, and communication with international clients and colleagues.
