Position Overview

We are seeking a Manager, Senior Manager - Global Treasury Operations to lead our treasury team. This full-time, on-site role in Longueuil involves managing financial risks, supporting treasury instruments, and enhancing processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage credit risk and lead digital transformation of treasury systems.
2. Support issuance of treasury instruments such as guarantees, bonds, and credit facilities.
3. Review commercial contracts and build strong business relationships.
4. Handle customer financing requests and optimize export insurance portfolios.
5. Oversee governance with RTX Enterprise Services, including process improvements and KPI management.
6. Lead initiatives promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and professional certification related to treasury.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure.
• Strong collaboration skills and relationship-building.
• Proactive approach to process improvements.
