Account Manager

(Hybrid or Remote Work)

We’re currently looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our promotional sales team. Reporting to the National Director of Promotional Sales, the selected candidate will work primarily with clients from the promotional market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and representatives.
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up with client accounts to build long-term loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership to develop distributor relationships and grow the market.
  • Enter and track orders through to completion.
  • Occasionally represent the company at promotional trade shows and events.
  • Perform all related tasks that support business development.

IDEAL PROFILE

  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to offer practical solutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Team player with sound judgment.
  • Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, with a positive attitude.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with a CRM system (an asset).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

WORK CONDITIONS

  • Position type: Permanent, full-time (non-unionized)
  • Work location: Hybrid, on-site in Lac Drolet, Sherbrooke or Montreal or fully remote, depending on the candidates profile and location
  • Bonus: Performance-based sales bonus in addition to hourly wage
