Job summary

EnVision Consultants Ltd. is seeking an experienced Geotechnical Engineer to join the Geotechnical Lab in Ontario. You will manage lab testing programs, maintain CCIL/MTO certifications, coordinate with authorities, and train staff while delivering high-quality reports for diverse projects.

The ideal candidate has 4–10 years in a geotechnical lab, Ontario P.Eng. licensure, and a valid G license with vehicle. This is an employee-owned firm offering mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4-10 years? experience in geotechnical laboratory for soil/rock.
• Licensed as a P.Eng. in Ontario.
• Valid G license with vehicle for site travel.

Responsibilities

• Managing, coordinating and providing technical direction to geotechnical laboratory testing programs.
• Maintaining lab certifications (CCIL, MTO) and ensuring good standing.
• Coordinating with authorities and preparing for new lab certifications.
• Reviewing lab test procedures for alignment with standards.
• Generating and reviewing lab test reports.
