Job Description
Our client, a prominent leader in itsindustry, is currently undergoing expansion and is seeking to recruit twoskilled Geotechnical Engineers to join their team.
Your experience you bring will include:
- Direct geotechnical field observation andtesting programs.
- Interface with client, design team andpublic.
- Make decisions on significant design andengineering procedures and function as a technical specialist.
- Coordinate with team members
- Manage geotechnical and geological analysis,manage staff, budgets, and supporting sub consultant, conduct research, performpreliminary geological reconnaissance, geotechnical and geological studies,review testing results, and develop design recommendations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare documents detailing analysis andrecommendations.
- Critically review testing results, designrecommendations, and documents detailing the studies/projects conducted.
- Prepare proposals with scope, fee andschedule.

Required Skills / Experience
- A degree in Geotechnical, Civil, or Geological engineering
- Ontario licensed P.Eng.
- Client relationship management and strong leadership skills
- Comfortable interacting with the public, clients, contractors, and co-workers
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- 10+ years of prior consulting experience
